  1. Applicant has to fill all details carefully.
  2. Keep ready:
    • Passport size photograph (Maximum 200 KB)
    • Family Photograph (7 × 5)
    • Only JPG/JPEG allowed.
  3. If any mandatory field is not applicable, enter NA.
  4. Click Save after completing the form.
  5. Generate PDF using Download button. Editing will not be allowed afterwards.
  6. You can login anytime to download your application.
  7. Password is case-sensitive. Keep it safe.
